    Hey, I was just thinking (and keeping the late, great Prince), maybe her flip side is really fun - aka - SMF, and needs to be approached that way (the "M" stands for Mother!).

    When i think of Semra and her telephone/email manners i usually think of a pitbull chewing a wasp, god knows how she got into customer services

    Seems to me like they should have sat down and worked it all out before just changing everything and losing clientele. They still haven't got any 'agents' listed and you still need to have a membership to even look at that part of the site which is just silly. Very unprofessionally handled IMO, although going by their customer service that seems to be the status quo for CGS.

    Their website is currently down. One would hope it's crashed under the volume of complaints.

    What do you think they'll do if there are no "elite" members and no-one's using them any more? I can't for the life of me see what they're trying to achieve.
