    Its a part of the history of the coin, perhaps it's for a loved one, it's definately contemporary to the coin and worth holding onto just for the history and the feel of history

    Ha ha Boab, i bet he's fizzing because his eBay blurb states Coin Year Book suggests £2300 in EF so am guessing he was aiming/hoping for the upper end, obviously buyers are most aware of our man Flint these days, i'm very proud, i feel like a new father, well done eBay, although he could have bought it himself I hear he does the same shite on Facebook these days..........The book states millions in EF and the likes

    Looks okay in terms of being genuine. I would not attempt to improve this coin based on its appearance. It looks original and will have greater appeal if it remains that way. The M C was engraved possibly as a gift to someone. Interesting . Value is a bit of a question mark because of the engraving. I suspect there are still some collectors that would be willing to pay a fair price for this- just not sure what the range would be... Perhaps £75-100?
