Very pleased to have captured this absolutely superb 1857 Bramah 23a penny (no serif on 7 of date) in not far off UNC condition for a very reasonable sum. There are two very slight marks, one just under underneath the date and the other to the immediate back of the Queen's neck, but apart from that it's flawless. Seller sold as date only example, and to be honest, it would have been cheap even for that.

The Royal Mint shop is selling a 1906 florin for... 942 pounds. Slabbed by CGS as "EF78", it looks more like a good VF from the photos (too much wear on Britannia and in the sea for it to be EF in my opinion). Even in EF, they sell for about one-third of that price. Maybe they looked at the wrong line in the catalogue and priced it as a 1905!

They are asking £100 for a proof 1977 silver crown!? Around 400% profit margin when sourced from eBay?

Except the victim is turning out to be a (very) tough kid in a fight. The bullying might eventually progress into the phase of breaking into his locker and stealing his homework.

Don't think it's gone too well for them. Not a cool look for the school bully when the weak kid in the playground starts slapping him around unafraid.
