Ok bud. I'll take a picture of it shortly and post it up. Had me stumped for years. Not sure if it's a king or a pope on it. It may not even be a coin, could be a token.
-
I am stumped then. Can the seller not open each item on there desktop and copy and paste the links out the browser bar on to here individually?
-
I get that all the time with the mobile version. Sometimes clicking classic site at the bottom of the page remedies it. But if your using a PC or Windows laptop you will have classic running by default. But strangely that isn't working now.

Nice work Gaz. Hope you get the full identity of the little bugger , nothing worse than having a coin and not knowing anything about it. I have a mystery coin that I think is Sicilian. Keep meaning to photograph it and post it up for an ID.

Thank you. Looks to have worked. Good Job! ?

I've got a few early potins. Ones a Leuci and the others a Tricasses or Senones. They were one of the first coins I ever bought due to them being at the time not highly sought after. The one Craig's posted above looks similar to my Leuci. Head on one side with a boar on the reverse.

I was going to say when i first saw it earlier on where's the foil gone off it!

I bet your heart sunk a little when you realised it was a base metal core. Still a great find though. Not many people find anything like that. Nice find matey.

It's great. Its easy to read. Ticks all the boxes for me. Nice one!

That's a real beauty. What's the reverse like? I have a couple of ex mass short cross coins.

Is this Question Impossible!?
Ukstu replied to Danelaw's topic in British Coin Related Discussions & Enquiries
I started doing this with sixpences from Edward VI upto Eliz II. Still work in progress but not far off. -
Thanks. It is. Quite an exciting discovery. I expect it will find its way into future publications / guides.

Found a reference to it again with image's. If anybody else is interested or intrigued here's the link https://mobile.twitter.com/detectingdigsuk/status/711679605057388545

I went over it again. Its class 8b.
-
No problem. Think that's all of them now ?
-
Another one I've missed. Henry III Nichole London. Class uncertain. Nichole struck 7c-8c.
-
Spot on. I put my spare house keys in a safe place about 3 years ago. So safe I've forgotten were I put them. Thankfully I've not needed them.....yet! I am sure I've done the same with other now long forgotten items. I blame the 90s ?
-
Your welcome. I must of missed this one. Only just saw it an hour ago.
-
As above. Class 5c ?

Its worth a try again i suppose. May try the bottle of scotch routine. I hear it works miracles ?
