    1860 F13 without Ship Flag

I take my pictures and email them to me. There is the option for what file size you want before you send, so you know it's below 500k. it's not really accurate- what size you think you send is not exactly same size when you receive it!! This does work really well, without any extra program or skill set.

Funny how things go when looking for stuff. I had 'watched' it, to look more closely when I had time, and when I did it still wasn't obvious what was in front of me. I don't have that reverse, so I only know it from pictures....

That era did produce cluster of die oddities: This looks like 5 minutes before the die exploded and bits went across the room.... Maybe they thought they could get another 24 hours service from it, like James Bond would have done.... Die Another Day? Anyone???.......

Cool ! I think it's ok to send those. I've tried Caesalpinia Pulcherrima but the same story. It's the dry light overwintering that's the problem. I have a Caesalpinia Gilliessii outside in a border, and amazingly it's done three winters so far. All I do is cover it up, leaving a clear bag at the top so light gets to the shoots. It hasn't flowered yet. I live in hope, with it having a bigger root run- all the info I can find from places like Florida is that it won't flower in a pot.... I've never managed jacaranda flowers either, but they only flower on last year's growth, so the damn things have to be bigger than a greenhouse, and the fact that they make a right mess doesn't help.

I have seen a couple of early flaw 1897 ones on ebay, but the 1870 and 1875 cannonball I have have perfect round dots. I haven't seen nascent versions of these, but, conversely, I haven't seen the 1946 turn into a round dot. Or was the flaw noticed before it had time to develop? It all rather reminds me of the VIGTORIA 1862- I find it more than a coincidence that it occurs right next to a know progressive die flaw, combined with the fact that there seem to be different styles of 'G', often not the font used on the rest of the coin.....

Wow-wow- wow...... how annoying- I've tried to grow them here, but wherever you overwinter them, it's always just too damp and they give up...! I feel the same today....

    Alan Hunt coins?

..and in the early 80's, in Kidderminster, Carl Rice married Denise Curry. Still married, as far as I know.

    Alan Hunt coins?

I know that estate agents have a reputation for charging a lot for not doing much, but in Kidderminster, for decades now, the main estate agents have been Doolittle and Dalley.
