4 options All feedback feedback from buyers feedback from sellers feedback left for others. I would line up his buyers (and tom) Get a nice 10 lb cod and give their chops a nice slapping.

Peck He has plenty on!!!! Have you been picking up virus's from those S&M sites again? He got £100 more for his Anne 1711 than I did for mine which was correctly described as GF and far superior to his EF+

    GB TEN PENCE VARITIES

Every week back up on your external hard drives boys....like I should of.....lost loads
  8. Such a shame about the cleaning/hairlines. I couldn't live with it. Put it in a tray at a badly lit fair and it would be snapped up for EF money.
  9. I have bought a few BIN coins which I deemed value (or just had to have) The logic of best offer...a lot of sellers put a 10% acceptance. Starting rubbish at 99p is a no brainer but the hassle and return makes this IMO a waste of my time.I much rather put these in a bulk lot. Starting a good coin at 99p.I put it on a 10 day auction. As long as the picture/terms/listing is in the right place I don't worry. The more information you can put in the description the better. I like a positive pay pal account.I feel I can buy anything (not just coins) and I don't feel guilty about not telling Mrs Peter.
  10. We toured the West Coast of the US in 1990 and no one got my Roger Melly the the man on telly...Boll*cks t shirt.
  11. Looks like the punter who is the highest bidder has 4 further higher bids on it.

I think the way ahead for when I sell my collection is to slab the whole lot and put into a US action, Slabbed to raw prices look to be about 4 to 1. It is a £25 coin.I wonder where it will end up?
  13. No disrespect but annual sets are a rip off.I can start him off on a few BU predecimal coins PM me and they will be in the post FOC. We are all friendly here.
  14. Everyone loves gold.A Saxon or Viking gold coin would be most welcome.I do love my farthings but have a bit of a roving eye.I buy anything that looks interesting and research from there.
  15. Dave Don't give me a bad reputation. I enjoy good food/wine/women(only the one since 1986....I did have a few temptations but never been unfaithfull)
  16. Rob You have some superb coins and your research is second to none....where is the cut of point?Mrs peter needs a bit of work on the hamstring(too much of the suffolk purple vein )I love the info and resource.Chris has the handles Let us produce more publications. There is too much knowledge and expertise on this forum(I have been banned from SurrEY COINS....so something is good) tossers.

    Ebay's Worst Offerings

I have a 2mm 1895. I must have had my ebay goggles on.The seller had some nice lustred veiled heads for sale.
  18. There are punters who get dragged into these rip off's.From plates to magazines & and gimmick coins. The papers take their adverts so are not likely to bite the hand that feeds them. Even the royal mint tried to sell 50% silver 6d's for £20. Payday loans, cars at £99 per week, payment protection insurance.Fools and money are soon parted.

  25. Is this reply in the right thread should it be in a parallel universe? What has wine, steak, a couple pints and the Midland got to do with a forecast for 2013? Sorry, confused. Too much midnight oil Rob. I have had a couple of long chats with fellow collectors and viewed a few collections. We all have different aims/goals. I've seen a local chaps collection of Saxon/Viking coins which he has dug.The research he has put in to find them and the time.Amazing.
