    Triumph 2000 for sale

Chris I've seen a few 2000's and stags on fire.......especially a few years back when there were more on the roads. How is you hairdressers car (MGF)....well not quite...but in that direction dare I say!!!! A dolly sprint and I might be interested....get rid of my plaything (pug 205). A Jag with grunt looks more likely.
  3. Any relation to MY Wonderful RINA?

    50 Pence coin

The other day I had the misfortune to watch some of the Jerry Springer morning show. I would now support a sterilisation programme. There are mugs, suckers and all sorts out there...very worrying....Nightschool in carpentry so I can build an Ark is a serious proposal(I,ll check on Ebay first) Sell my silver collection and get one on BIN.

Looks like Rockinghorsepoo is enjoying his Chemicals
  8. Nah mate...Sly needs bloodin in "Ackney,Limeouse or Canning Tann" and lurn the ard way. Teaching....Huh....leaves you 12 weeks a year to go coin hunting....with little money Actually my mate is a deputy head and the money isn't bad. A hammered coin club for infants .....My nine year old still only likes the shiney ones although she's already staked her claim for my 1/4d's....when I die PS Lads....if you ever see a divorce looming spend, spend, spend on coins. Have alternate picks
  9. Well done Sylvester. Now is the hard bit of life and making a few bob......(no more Student loans to buy coins ) Enjoy the summer.
  10. I've just noticed If you go to the coins for sale section on this site there are a couple of 1935 Crowns (with pictures) for sale.
  11. Its nicknamed the Rocking Horse Crown for obvious reasons. Mintage 714,769 and mostly hoarded away as keep sakes (its not rare) There were some special editions issued in boxes worth a bit more. If it is perfect maybe £12 to £20 (to buy from a dealer that is) Ones with faint wear and edge knocks considerably less.
  12. I've looked thru your 3 latest lots of coins and basically all the copper is 5p tin stuff. The only stuff remotely worth anything is the Pre 1947 for its silver content (50%) and pre 1920 (92.5%) But again this isn't much.....A few £'s only. Sorry to be a spoil sport
  13. My money is also on a 3d ......a wild guess S2565 a picture will pin it down. All Elizabeth 1 coins are rare but not all collectable. What you need is a nice round unclipped flan,a good strike (especially a good portait)...and identifiable
  14. No Disrespect but £10 on Ebay + P&P would be a result. Rare dates such as 1952 (still not worth a lot) sometimes cloud the issue. The big problem is people hoarding predecimal coins thinking they would make a fortune hasn't worked. I recently bought 50 1963 1/2ds FOR 99P ......GOOD LUCK ......my tip to you would be sell them individually + 75p postage

    Coinpeople Closes

There is life there still....Bet yur its bigga and betta next week. Quite frankly there is so much knowledge with the regulars it can't just fade away.

    Green Coins

I would say not. The verdigris will spread and destroy the whole copper collection. Keeping the coins in a damp loft etc will encourage verdigris.
  17. always seperatly on Ebay 4x postage at £2.50 a time....albeit more work. Take them to your local dealer (not jEWELLERS) and see what they offer...min £50 each ..do the deal.

I just got the 2004 P & D sets for $3.49 x 2. Its a shame about the high mintages....but they are collectable all the same.
