They were currency and somewhere in my collection I have a cut half groat.The history of these coins is where my passion is. Oh to be in England... by the grace of god.

Get a bit of a sweetner but personally I would want a couple of grades higher..save until a better one comes along. I've bought and regretted as I'm sure we all have.

Collect cut 1d's they are cheap as chips and a good learning point.Get them sent as normal UK/US postage.

Worth being there on the Friday I'm told. My sister now lives South of Darlington but they are jetsetters.The drive and coin fair would be too much (return journey).I will do a Midland before snow sets in. -

York hotels/BB book up very quickly...worth a day out on its own merits. -
1942-44 silver 3ds were colonial as well.I'm sure enterprising dealers filled their socks post WW 11.

I'm used to failure since 1982 as an Ipswich fan...England never fail to reinforce this disappointment. By 3pm the dog and cat will get steak I hope....... I will take Pete's 4-0.

Demand is a price fixer.There is not a big following of some coins hence how can anyone put a price on one. Dodge and deal on what you like....I have a few coins which I must have.....Bury St Eds mint hammered I will pay well over book....just saying. -

I'm surprised the shed got hit and not the TV Ariel or the roof of the house. -
I imagine many of these lumps destroyed many a pocket. I once won £50 of £1 coins from an arcade in Dawlish and apart from looking rude with a bulge in my pocket ruined a good pair of shorts.
