I can't afford one YET but it is on my coin radar. My eldest daughter visited yesterday and I flippantly told her to help herself to my change pot...she took the lot.Word will get out and my youngest will visit soon. Siege piece will have to wait.. -

A brown coin with traces of lustre and I'm on my back waiting to be tickled.

It has been nestling in the garage for the last 3 years...going for the MOT on Wednesday after a complete oil and fluid transfusion. My mother (84 yrs old)has just got out of Papworth after a triple bypass....she wants to do the fast shopping trip again....I'm not trying to kill her off....honestly. My MG is an immaculate Ltd edition Cool Blue and my 22&20 yr old daughters have suddenly taken a greater interest in Dad. May I just say the NHS Doctors/Nurses and ancillary workers are the Dogs Bollox. PS We managed to get her into a convalescence home for a couple of weeks, she has made new friends and the smile is back. The old boot buys me a coin at Xmas and my birthday...great Mum.
-
The MG is on the road tomorrow ....and then the Drs Surgery phones saying to stop taking one pill and more blood tests next week...kidneys!!!!! ffs Disaster Area want a new recruit...I'm your man.

I would like to share a beer with you,Peck,Rob and Declan....Azda he will be back.. not to forget Paulus...Tom is invited but strictly for OLD members. We need a venue to fit Rob in but any requirements of travel I can sort.(Peck)..Chris is also welcome. It is my birthday today and have been swamped by Malt,Cubans and cash....silly ebay purchase envisaged. (Mother says drop down on your drinking and smoking)Monte Christo's & malt is what I got. Luckily Mrs Peter won't see the curtains turn brown or my attempts at peeing I reckon I have a 5 yarder in me (if I open the kitchen door)

May I add that I really appreciate history BUT if a coin is not aesthetically pleasing but still extremely rare I couldn't entertain it. I have 1 tin farthing but cannot or will not purchase further "tins" Likewise a BU lustred coin with a carbon spot.I would much rather have a brown coin.
-
Well done Stewie. Unfortunately for my Daawg the steak was enjoyed by me....although he did get a piece...Those big brown eyes as he creeps closer and closer. I tell him not to beg but heck it just bounces off his Springers ears. I often make my own Pizza but always make sure a section has no onion or chilli so I blame myself.
