    Ebay's Worst Offerings

Looks like its been gone over with Mr Sheen, does anyone actually buy her coins? Or should i say, does anyone sane buy her coins?
  2. Lol, Peter, photo bucket is so full of adverts it's really difficult to navigate, they throw so many in there so that you take out some sort of subscription to switch them off
  3. The grading week is here in Munich where i live and work, i think they are doing it every 2-3 months, i have an appointment for next Monday, cut off date i believe is around the 15th Feb for submissions and grading starts on the 18th till the 26th Feb

Don’t get caught up in this type of thing, people on YT hype these things to the hilt and you’re eventually left floundering when the hype wears off. remember, they are for sale at X price, they’ve not sold for X price. Even the gold proof set I wouldn’t bother with.
  7. I'd hate to hear what the people said when they lost a hoard 😂 Orffff with his head..................
  8. Krause is suggesting on 64 coins minted, i read elsewhere 584 or so.........Where's the figures coming from and who's right?
  9. I'll also add this here, and ask why the need for this coin and why no proofs were then made. This sold for $184k Jan 2012, 2-3rd Jan New York 3016 https://coins.ha.com/itm/south-africa/south-africa-george-v-bronze-pattern-sovereign-1928-sa-/a/3016-25093.s
  10. They are also illegal to sell as they belong to the mint. eBay auctions have been pulled previously at the request of the RM
  11. Yes i'll be popping in, probably on the Saturday, i''ll bring a couple of Edelstoff with me lol 😁 I'll check out the App store......Thanks
  12. Its seems easier to just walk away than all this BS that's going on, at taxpayers expense i might add............Its a joke, not one of them has a clue or a solution.
  13. Will you be at the Munich fair this year Neil? I didn't realise there was an app either, do you have a link?
  14. I think it would be a good exercise to ask @NRP about how he can make this a lot easier for buyers and make him aware of the problems people have in the ability to bid. One thing i like about DNW is that you're always a bidder through your registration on their site and don't need to keep registering for every upcoming auction.
  15. Haven't bothered as i'm not bidding, sorry for the unhelpful answer
