heres a link to some of nigel farage's speeches "puppet govt installed in greece and italy" is just superb. all the phoneys must quake in their boots when they lock horns with a politician who is as good as this. makes the muppets in charge at the moment look very amateur.

  18. oner = 100 notes = £100
  19. really means.....we couldnt sell em so we melted em all down i wouldnt part with my unc or ef d/florins, however ive emailed the mint and offered them my entire vf collection of d/florins for a oner each, pointing out that they are worth much less than this, no reply yet
  20. often hammered though
  21. let me explain for those not familier with betting odds...... liverpool are quoted as 10-1 to win the premiership this season....what this means is, if you bet £1 on liverpool............................................................................................................................................youve wasted a quid i may be wrong but this may be dito for lizzie le deux, ascended to the throne in 52 but got the hat in 53.
  22. im not surprised.....£3 for a 50p piece and a piece of card is a lot to pay, especially considering you can get em for 50p from change A lot of the non collectors at my works, have been keeping those from their change, the good thing is they are now showing an interest in older coins too.
  23. because they have been given to me as gifts and i like em... i doubt the collection i have would constitute a collection. anybody else want to give me an ounce of silver for free 50p olympic collection now sold due to tight wadded jock time waster.
  24. i think thats the connection for me too. i love the Edward V11 florins for their reverses. i wonder how much longer spink can carry on having a book with decimal and predecimal coins in it. At the rate the mint is going these days, the QE11 could run into several volumes alone.
