  5. A British 1862 bronze Halfpenny (Victoria)(die letter A to left of lighthouse), uncirculated and in absolute mint condition could fetch up to £2,750 GBP. If it has been circulated but still in good condition, it might fetch anything from £450 to £1,500 GBP. A British 1862 bronze Halfpenny (Victoria)(die letter B to left of lighthouse), circulated but still in good condition, might fetch anything from £650 to £1,400 GBP. A British 1862 bronze Halfpenny (Victoria)(die letter C to left of lighthouse), circulated but still in good condition, might fetch anything from £700 .I hope that helped.
  6. Hello everybody. Need Your help again. I came across those coins.i have never seen like it before. Cartwheel penny I found while metal detecting. 1807 I just bought on car boot sale. Can you tell me why are they made of LEAD and what for.
  7. Well, it is made from white heavy bendy metal .i don't know for sure but I think it is lead.it might be scrap but I was wondering if someone knows what it was made for.

    Strange hammered Coin

    Thank You very much,Tom!i don't think it is very valuable in that condition and especialy with hole in it,but still very cool metal detecting find.
  13. I have found this coin or token in little collection of portugal cob coins.it looks like hammered silver plated copper or low content silver...it is 27 mm. what can it be?

  16. just did ,it is 11 mm ,so it is a penny.I heard something about light coinage...
  17. i have been told it can be a Richard penny York mint,but i have doubts in that ,it is approx 1.6 cm and very strange weight-0.6 gr.
  18. is it a half penny or penny? shouldn't it be a bit heavier?
