Guffaw guffaw. I don't really have a top three, so I'll just list as many as I see fit: 1. Pirates of the Caribbean 2. The Road to Perdition 3. 28 Days Later (great bit of British film-making) 4. Starsky & Hutch! 5. Master & Commander DEFINITELY NOT ANY OF THE MATRIX SERIES! p.s JMD, I hear The Day After Tomorrow is the new Independence Day? Not only from the same directors, but it looks cooler p.p.s Can we name a play too? Mine's Habeas Corpus by Alan Bennett -
We did have a long thread about it somewhere but it seems to have disappeared. Basically, Chris (Webmaster) had a link to Liberty Street on his site. For every person who clicked on the link and bought from L.S, Chris should have got a comission on the sale. Months passed but no money came so Chris decided to take the link down I think. They are scheisters! Besides being an American program, as you say, the techie support is crap. I'd say ditch it and wait until Tony Noon's comes out (when is that?) or find a better program.

1933 penny
Emperor Oli replied to Half Penny Jon's topic in British Coin Related Discussions & Enquiries
Yet again, you state the obvious! Anyone could sell it here if they had the balls but they don't! Think before posting! -
We don't have a gallery but you could upload them to Omnicoin or just for a general hosting site (the one I use for my sig) you could try Photobucket

I was just wondering what the best (i.e Most valuable) coin is that people in this forum owned. Mine would be an 1833 Sovereign in VF - £325 (according to Spink 2004)

I don't have a book; I never said I had a book which explains what I meant. Where ytou got this idea from I have no clue. I know equally does not necessarily mean equally expensive, but it follows that the bteeter something is, the more expensive it is. Oh and JMD, don't do all the quotes in line, it's just plain annoying.

What mobile phone does everyone have?
Emperor Oli replied to Half Penny Jon's topic in Nothing whatsoever to do with coins area!
Did they have to recall it? I don't remember them doing that -
I'm not bothered about speed; as long as I get the money I don't care. If he refuses however, I'll flood his inbox with large attachments until he send the cash.

Off-topic but I tried to cash a cheque this morning received for a game I sold on ebay and the bugger had dated it 2002 so they wouldn't accept it! Now I've got to send the cheque back for him to amend and initial.

I drink straight from the tap and I'm not partial to bottled water. Besides the extortionate price they charge, there was the Dasani debacle earlier this year Nope, tap all the way. -

Recently, I have seen some, what I consider to be, spam on these boards. To combat this, I thought i'd just give a definition and some examples for us all to follow (not like MJMD's rules) these are simply.....guidelines! What is spamming? Post spamming is where the user posts irrelevant or useless information in order to gain a higher post count. How is my message considered spam? Spam messages are either unrelated to the topic title or are subjective comments about the topic. Example Topic: "Is there a Tony Blair 50p" Spammer: "Yeah that would be nice." Example Topic: "What is this coin?" Spammer: "COME TO MY SITE FOR FREE PORN!!!!" What is double posting? Double posting is typically making one post immediately after another by the same user. The only reason to make a post after another is to add somthing more to the previous post. If this is the case then you are expected to use the EDIT button located to the top right hand corner of your posts. However, due to recent technical difficulties, this isn't always possible, but please check first! Double posting is considered by many as spam. What isn't double posting? It is possible for a post made by member X to appear directly under member X's last post without it being considered double posting. Here member X's post may have been made serveral hours after the last post and so is not considered spam but a fair use of double posting. Also it is possible for identical messages to be made in pairs at the same time due to technical difficulties relating to the internet. Because such identical posts are involuntary and unwanted they are not considered double posting. I must emphasise that I am not setting down rules, I am simply describing in detail what spam (Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages) is.

whats up with them?
Emperor Oli replied to Master Jmd's topic in British Coin Related Discussions & Enquiries
You don't have to apologise, it's your property for God's sake, but it's the cardinal rule of coin collecting that one shouldn't clean them. -
Mmm we still have latin on our coins JMD, and we don't speak it. Could the people on it be generals of the Axis or even the Allied powers?

Mine's on in school but on silent. It hasn't ever gone off and I do occasionally use it in class. -
Were they meant to be links? I thought that but he might just be highlighting them.
