    You could always separate them from the main body and just have an appendix at the back for them, as you say, most people don't have them. It would be a nice thing to have though to refer to and all!

    I prefer b&w in catalogues like this. The quality just wouldn't be good enough in colour.

    It takes a lot of work to produce a catalogue of the likes that they produce. It shouldn't be taken lightly at any rate - I'd rather have a well thought out one five years in the making then a slap-dash affair.
