  1. Great coin! I have to ask the grading company for permission to use that picture then. Interesting question! I don't know about the legalities of using images that can be easily downloaded from the Internet, but I'd guess that it depends on the intended use. If you intend to include the images in a publication, then I think permission should be obtained and an accreditation given to the owner. Otherwise, it's probably not necessary. I might include that picture in a publication. But that picture is the intellectual property of somebody. Therefore I would like to have permission granted in a written form, before I download and use any pics. Do you know if they usually give permission for that purpose?
