    Hi all i have just started collecting British coins for starters. I got various types of pound 2 pound & 50p coins in change and before long i had more in my folder than i knew were availale !! now i have just been given a bag of various older coins such as pennies & crowns but most of them are filthy .......question is should i clean them ?? and how ? thanks for looking , Mark
