1860 farthing "Large Bead", toothed/beaded mule?

OMG you actually counted the beads on the obverse totally pointless , I honestly dont know how anyone has that much patience LOL
  3. Popularity is the main thing that ensures a coin is worth a tidy sum , you could have a unique coin but it would be worth diddly-squat if no-one wanted it thus increadably rare halfpenny like the DEI GRATIA 1695 halfpenny is only worth what a cheap secondhand car is worth , yet a edward VIII sovereign is a compleatly different kettle of fish

Why have coins never realised their full potential

The funny think is art is where you see it, that 150 year old watercolour by an unknown victorian artist might only fetch £200 because there are loads of them around , also pottery , you cannot say that the wedgewood potteries don't produce a classy and affordable product that most people could afford to stash away in a cabinet somewhere at home , likewise the arts and crafts movement and art deco have both provided the masses with stylish items that are not out of anyones budgets , they might be mass manufactured but are ever popular with collectors .

    Warwick & Warwick

While many auction houses usually have a no returns /sold as seen policy there is usually some way of getting your money back and they can usually contact an underbidder as well, to ask if they would like a coin/lot that they underbid on.

    Warwick & Warwick

If you are unhappy with the descriptions or overgradeing with ANY seller just return it and ask for a refund , any sort of decent dealer will offer that for a short time at least . It really is no good putting up with substandard coins and just moaning about them on message boards . Vote with your feet. Are you lot men or mice, eeeekkk, eeeekkk, LOL
