  1. Hi all, New to this, so please tell me if I am in the right group or not I found this coin in a coin lot I purchased recently - It is the size of a penny coin and as I know there was no pennies struck in that year for George III, I had difficulty identifying it. The coin measures 32mm across and weighs 11.9g (my scale might be slightly off). I have uploaded pics of the coin Thanks
  2. Hi All, Thanks for the offers - Just bought Spink 2013 on Ebay for £18. I have had it for four days and have not put it down
  3. Thanks Appreciate the reply Regards
  4. Hi, Bought this coin today on an impulse buy at auction and paid £110. From what I have read the 1667 Crown with Roman Numerals is quite rare. Can anyone please tell me what this coin is worth - Want to know if I paid too much. Thanks

    Need Help Identifying A Coin

Hi, Recently came across this coin when I purchased a coin lot. Having trouble identifying it. Can anyone assist? Thanks
  8. Thanks for that. What does Spink 2599 mean? Thanks
  9. Hi, I am fairly new to the coin scene, please excuse any amateurish comments if it shines through. I recently purchased a coin lot and found a Tudor Coin - Elizabeth I. When looking at it initially it looks like gold, but under a light (as in attached pics) it looks like silver. I think it is a shilling from my research, but not sure - Can anyone shed any light on it? Regards
