It should be 1 Pound is to 2.4 USA dollars or 1 troy ounce of silver minimum wages per day 1.56grams-1 troy ounce as a barometer or scale for inflation to gauge the value of world currencies not only on the demand of its metal, that they use lowest metal is copper plated steel use in circulation, they are saying correction in precious metal to correct with copper plated steel to correct silver etc, sterling silver or use silver to correct other currencies product and commodities after all is up or inflated then precious metal goes lower,Is steel is up than silver and gold???wonder what is the scale they are using to wiegh minute or small products just a comment.

British bull dog shoes, kinky boots ??? Just saw some poster in the past that have a parade soldier, shoe and bulldog guest it might go to iconagraphy of could be anything else, just one among the products in UKGB like loake and others as in ancient Britannia are importing hides and wool before the rubber and synthetic-byproduct of oil,in the movie kinky boots that there is a place that most of them are into shoe production loads of craftsman just a comment, same as the place I grew up marikina due to various reason high taxes etc they move to antipolo the biggest reason is mass production in china that they are flooding the market upto using pig skin as leather, good crackling just a comment, that decades before that most sole of the shoes are synthetic easily worn and torn low quality unlike older shoes or combat boots last long now 150 euro for caterpillar last only one year and 60 euro last only 4 months. Products is like cash.

Just posting. http://hken.ibtimes.com/articles/123098/20110316/utah-governor-to-decide-whether-gold-silver-coins-are-legal-currency.htm There are many write up in the web about returning to silver and gold coin currency. Other mention that in the past that the ratio of gold and silver is1:15 to 1:73 now in the past silver is correlated to the value of gold, gold and silver currency and both are correlated to product in the past. Silver coin can have a value above its intrinsic value 10%?? or *10 in coin or 14percent or 14 times its value during roman times, dont know what is the value in sceatta and thrymsa on post roman. That the past silver coin to be used,in case other will follow,it meant that silver troy ounce, value in dollar or other currencies should be multiplied by 73 if coined as a currency not as a bullion or bar stamp by its purity by die stamp by previous government, they have entirely different marking or stamp the other is by its purity, others by design like jewelries and coin die stamp by the government in the past to be use as a legal tender in payment for debt,if they will allow to that ratio of 73 if not it meant that even die stamp by government it is only value as a bullion bar or notch higher than a raw purified silver come out from the mine, just a comment.

On Freeman technical summary data on page 11 last sentence in the page, that the diameter of 1860 onwards in 10 pennies,12 halfpennies,15 farthings is one foot. Ive seen some entries in the web that a cartwheel penny or twopence is 8 pieces to one foot. Just curious on the size of coin decrease in time that it is still base in linear measure or some sort. Any Info, comment, idea suggestion is welcome.

The 1926 ME penny
josie replied to 1949threepence's topic in British Coin Related Discussions & Enquiries
For me, that's the big one. Neither did we have internet forums where we could instantly post pictures to ask for peers opinions. Neither did we have forgers stalking us. The US gov. is investigating the forgery on rare coins. Expert post or reply on other subject regarding extremely rare of expensive coin should be limeted, depending on thier info. on whatever it is that the most post they will have is upto second identifier or reserve other authentiction and attribution info on the coin or have another secure section for expert it all up to the agreement of memvers or expert member if they like. That other normal querries will be post fo general viewers.just a comment. Pre and post internet coin collecting, IMO, are two different sports.
