    They are paper assetts Peter they dont post them to have a look at and put in a tray . In answer to your question none are in slabs.

    Received an investment catalogue today from stanley gibbons. Needless to say most of it is made up of coins for the first time. But not any copper / bronze pennies in it

    Buying online

    Think ebay is ok if your confident in what your buying. Otherwise full of junk,edited pictures and misdescriptions. I used to spend half an hour every morning but get tired of looking at Rang Tang Just because the dealer is sound and fair does not mean the coin is worth buying.
  4. Connor ...What you buy has nothing to do with me . I feel you are spending a few quid and unsure what your buying and that could end up costly. Maybe put the handbrake on and do some reading ,learning and ask more questions before the next purchase. Be lucky Pete.

    New to coin Collecting Help Needed

    Remember reading a post on here before i started collecting and joined the forum a few years ago.......... made a lot of sense. " Better to have one really nice coin than a few in low grade " Although everyone collects and buys what they want its something i am glad i took on board.

    I did buy it cheaply Ian and broke out to send to cgs ,hoping i would get away with the spot and would grade 80.

  20. Have you got a picture Scott thats brighter / Lighter than the eBay one ?. I dont know how you could see anything resembling a tiny part of a one from the eBay picture. However if your right HAT OFF.

  22. What you looking at Scott looks normal to me ?. I noticed there is a blocked 2... 1862 currently on for £15 i think or there abouts.
