The paper £5 being phased out as the Polymer being introduced -
Remember reading a post on here before i started collecting and joined the forum a few years ago.......... made a lot of sense. " Better to have one really nice coin than a few in low grade " Although everyone collects and buys what they want its something i am glad i took on board.
-
Why you like the 1918 you can buy it if you want Ian cheap. It comes with two tickets PCGS MS65 ...... CGS REJECTED Pete.
-
Its been going on and off since they put it up yesterday. Just tried and all ok ,but probably go off again soon
-
Not much happening on the forum think people must be on holiday. These are the cgs pictures.
-
I did buy it cheaply Ian and broke out to send to cgs ,hoping i would get away with the spot and would grade 80.
-

Not sure if it may be on the plastic Matt .

I just bought it without looking When i blew the picture up after though i dont think so. Anyway if it goes in the bin it wont be the first time Thanks Bernie its all part of the hunt. Pete. -
Thats a shame as would of thought the majority of people on it had a similar interest.
-
Wonder why he has closed the group as it was private anyway ?.
-
Does that mean you are not being an agent for them
-
I dont use facebook but a mate who has just been here does. Its a private page that you cant just view.......anyway not to worry. What was on though was forum members pictures.........What a motley looking crew
-
Unfortunately Paul your coins coincided with the changes....... your coins are updated through the process but you need to be able to log on. This i agree does not seem fair and possibly one of the reasons for them using agents in the future. Coin in progress tells you ,photographed ,grading 1,grading 2,finalising grade, encapsulated and then a mail to say being posted.

I have not got a clue ,hopefully though more people will use NGC or PCGS in the future. So LCGS can get mine done quicker
