1922 Penny with 1927 Reverse confirmation.
PWA 1967 replied to happyginger's topic in British Coin Related Discussions & Enquiries
yes that is normal -
I think that a lot of the time the photos dont do the coins justice paulus. Also the pictures vary from batch to batch that i have sent and wish i had mine photographed properly before i sent them. Whenever i now buy one already slabbed i look at the blown up picture and if its looks nice always better in hand.

Not much from me. F69 6+l ex-tony crocker sale F78 8+H low grade off ebay. The F76 i dont have ,although i might get one now why prax has three.

Been focusing on the coppers over the last few months i like the look of them and the interesting varieties. One that was a struggle in a decent grade was the 1834. Anyway happy with the one i have and wont be looking for a better one. Its c.g.s. 31743.

Coin restorer?

I think copper123 you mean anyone not everyone. If so i doubt they will admit that on an open forum would be bang out of order to not mention any repair. -
Coin restorer?
PWA 1967 replied to Chris Perkins's topic in British Coin Related Discussions & Enquiries
Still a valid point ChKy. In the other post titled "A blast from the past" Gary 1000 said he was told some people send him up to fifty coins at a time. That tells me if they send fifty they must be dealers and are they resold with the repair mentioned ? -
