Anyone who is still in deserves to be ,we are regardless of the team that we have or past form and results. We have only lost one game in over twelve months and Southgate is not spoilt for choice with who he can pick a squad from out of the premier league ,all the others are playing for other countries.People are having ago at them even before they have been knocked out .We win a couple and people dont think its good enough ,we lose one with a weakened team and the result did not matter its not good enough,we dont win and its not good enough. Some people wont be happy even if we win on Tuesday........Well to those people Bollocks . Either way COME ON ENGLAND.................

Yes i am sure its not simple or would be out. They use planes that pick up already filled huge tubs these are then dumped around the edges and have a number of planes being used to allow for them to constantly try and keep on top of it.They also have a chemical or something that is red that they also spray over everything ,the chemical is also an indicator as to were the plane has dropped the water for the next plane that comes a couple of minutes after. Sure they will soon have it under control as i have all the windows closed here

Will we ever become a cashless society?
PWA 1967 replied to 1949threepence's topic in Nothing whatsoever to do with coins area!
Your last bit Mike about the company having a password is the one Mike ,I owned call centres and had sixty thousand business customers that we continued to look after the intitial sale and build a relationship with. Unfortunately we had that big a share of the market that competitors phoned up saying they were us as an easy introduction and assumptive. We therefore had passwords to ensure both parties were familiar with each other before the call was continued ....So yes secutity works both ways. However in the early days when we had know customers being polite ,courteous and listening to what the persons business wanted worked quite well Not all call centres tell lies and try to have people over and most reputable ones have a phone system that will record everything (even if the call is unanswered ) ,although the costs involved are high especially if you have hundreds of lines. The regulators should monitor the smaller groups of telesales teams just as much who in some cases have know other interest than making a quick few quid and are happy to lie to get it. All good fun and the choice is our own as to weather we listen or not. Pete. -
Is the bottom falling out of the Penny market ?
PWA 1967 replied to secret santa's topic in British Coin Related Discussions & Enquiries
Thats terrible and more to the point someone will of told them but they still sold it ,i hope it was returned. For an auction house not to listen and just going ahead with something as obvious , the cataloguer must of had a gun to his head -

PWA 1967 replied to zookeeperz's topic in Confirmed unlisted Varieties.
No i never said that and obviously being new to the forum you are not aware of my views on dishonesty .....I also made a point of using HIM in block capitals . The person who bought it can ask and do what they want ,someone who didnt buy it or bid asking questions after it had sold i feel would not help the buyer. Some sellers unfortunately are not truthfull or honest and better to just avoid. it was quite hard typing as got a table cloth wrapped round me to see if the dapery on Britannia is correct All good fun. PWA 1967 replied to zookeeperz's topic in Confirmed unlisted Varieties.
Sounds like our good friend............If so surely your mistaken as everything he lists is correct and none of it shilled. If it was him i think he probably struggled to understand you as his English is nearly as bad as mine How do you mean he went back on the deal, if you bought it then told HIM what it was its hardly surprising. -
Are you just guessing what it looks like Kev , i cant see any video or pictures
-
Think i better wait untill the wife goes out ,she thinks i am bonkers as it is without finding me sitting with a brush and wheel trim out of the lock up
-
They are only buying one coin a year Zoo ,everything else they find in change and so £20 not much to spend. They would probably think it was us with more money than sense and dumb

PWA 1967 replied to secret santa's topic in British Coin Related Discussions & Enquiries
