    I have a 2 pence piece which seemed to have been struck during manufacture 2x and has a circular slice missing from the side , imagine the apple logo it has the exact same cut on it as my coin does. Plus I have a 20 pence coin and in the queens hair a raised part is visible which isn't part of the coin , seems like a crack die but can a cracked die make a raised blob on a coin

    My collection is varied only cause I bought a big lot and they had lots of different countries, but I'm more interested in british/commonwealth coins, basically old empire coins

    I own a 1899 1 double from guernesey and it is silver or I suspect is silver but on one side the silver has peeled off and shows the normal bronze coin underneath and I was wondering why it has silver on it as I also own a 1903 version too and that one is bronze, I have searched but their isn't any information about a silver version.
