Yes, sad. Grateful for his work, used almost daily at the moment.

Is that a wrong 'un then?
-
Happy birthday John and good luck against Belgium.

When was the last time you were rooting through a 25p bowl? -
How much can you drink on a weekend session?
-
Once again you send me a coin that makes the rest look crap. I might spend it on sweets.
-
Received 10 proof sets today Pete. Absolute bargain, thanks as always.
-
PETE! I thought the Edinburgh was going to be one you'd picked out of your change, not a shiny BU one! Thanks very much indeed. I owe you a pint.

Enthusiasm for collecting has stalled...
mrbadexample replied to Jimmyb0468's topic in Beginners area
Welcome to the forum Jimmy. I don't think it's unusual. I've been through periods of years where I've not looked at much or bought a single coin. Doesn't take much to spark it off again though - something will catch your eye and it'll all kick off again. -
Grand sent mate. Keep the change.

Welcome to the forum WWTW. I'm quite partial to a bit of British Empire stuff myself. -
What the best you can do for the lot then?
-
Looks like I owe you another 9 quid. Have you got any more of these to put up before I pay again?

London Coins June Auction
mrbadexample replied to jaggy's topic in British Coin Related Discussions & Enquiries
When I gave the lot back to Semra she said she was going on holiday and asked me to email her on or about the 21st to remind her about the return & refund. I did so. She replied asking for my bank details and I have the refund showing today. I am happy to say I have no complaints whatsoever with the service. -

And me too also as well please if there are any left? -
I know nothing about these so can't help with authenticity, but my first question would be "Who's selling it?"
-
Payment sent for both sets Pete. Thanks.
-
Might as well....
-
You doughnut. Sorry, perhaps should have emailed...

EU referendum - in or out?
mrbadexample replied to 1949threepence's topic in Nothing whatsoever to do with coins area!
Yesterday my mate found his youngest boy (about 7 I think) having a bit of a cry. Turns out he thought if we left the EU he'd have to actually pack his bags... -
I thought to myself: "If this is still here when I get back from darts I'll have it." I'm back.
-
Thanks Dave.
-
Pete, just hang on to it until you sell me another penny eh? Not sure it's worth posting on its own? But thank you, I'm grateful.
-
Pete, if Dave doesn't want the Edinburgh £1 can I have it please? I've only got Belfast. Thanks, Daft 'un.
