One i bought off a forum member but upgraded.

These are scarcer than the 1903.

I Paid more for it but would prefer to sell it to a forum member :)

£100 and think its worth more but you decide.

Don't like to pour cold water on, but I'm not convinced it's an open 3.................

The slightly concave downward stroke on the 3 is one of the identifiers, with the middle of the 3 pointing above the end of the lower stroke is the other. Also a spike at the top lower extension is the third. From the picture shown, it seems to have all of those features.
