Hi Guys

I got this in with a few other bits and pieces and paid very little. Trying to figure out if it is genuine or not. Any help appreciated.

Cheers

A modern repro I'm afraid. The clue is in the curved indentation on the upper right quadrant of the reverse. Can't remember whose makers mark that is of the top of my head.

Thanks Dave, it only cost me about 50p so no loss. I noticed it felt waxy, sounds strange I know, but made me think it was duff. Will be a nice thing to hand on to the local school for when they do the hands on history lessons. Already donated a load of 20th century predecimal which went down well. No loss and appreciate you taking the time.

Cheers

Brian

I've got one - a Cromwell shilling. Not a bad copy, but obviously not 'right' if you know what I mean.
