Model Pennies and forum help.

Recommended Posts

I wasnt sure were to put this but a top bloke on the forum.

Over the last twelve months os so a forum member has helped me so much with copper pennies and varieties...Bramah etc.

Recently i have started to purchase a few Model pennies and again his knowledge has been invaluable.

This morning i received a signed and numbered copy of.....Rogers-Toy money in the post a rare book.

Not only that it was not expected and he wont accept anything for it.

A true gent and thank you.........CHINGFORD .

Pete.

Reading another Model penny book by Kevin Barter.

I noticed at the beginning a dedication was made to another forum member.

Someone else who has always answered my questions on pennies and recently the models.

Thanks Gary ......another HAT OFF :)

I did have a bid on one of those model pennies in the Copthorne Pete, lot 221. Outbid as usual but they didn't seem to be so scarce that I wouldn't see another. Some interesting ones there though, I'd quite like one. :)

A lot are common and can be picked up cheaply if you only want a couple of examples.
