does anyone know what this coin is?

i can only describe it as it wont show up in pic, but today i found what looks like a halfpenny but it has the irish harp on it with a crown above the harp i cannot make any thing else out except the bust which i can faintly see is facing right, i wonder if anyone could say what it is from what i have said and give me an approximate date? thanks for any help. if you have a picture of this coin could you post it i would be very interested to see what it should look like! thanks again. from sue
