Strange 10p I found in some change

Not a clue about coins or anything to do with mistakes or errors so I found this place while searching around Google. It kind of looks like it hasn't been printed properly but only on the letters, the Queen's head seems to be fine. The back and side of the coin seem normal.

This is just about the best photo I could get. Is this worth anything or is it likely to just be damaged?

Blocked die, but only worth a couple pounds at the most. There are a few examples shown on this forum elsewhere
