Since the time when I started putting decimal coins into my collection, I have never seen a 1995 penny, a 1986 £ or a 1992 20p, whereas I have seen many coins of different dates. I have looked for mintage figures, but the Royal Mints website is down at the moment. Are these coins scarce/rare?

1986 £1 - 10,409,501

1992 20p - 31,205,000

I don't have the 1995 penny figure.
