I am changing my web host to a11.net soon this will allow a guestbook page and also alot more pics and a little corkboard. More details soon

Anyway, private use seems OK and small portions for "quoting" seems OK, but if you collected complete images of, say, varieties of pennies, and then published them on web pages for anyone to refer to, that would probably not be OK. You would either need to create all the images yourself, or get permission from each of the photographers.

Thanks for clarifying that MM. Since I am only using the pics for my own reference I guess that'd be ok.

I quite like the virtual collection idea but as you say, buying and selling can be an expensive process if the timing's wrong.

The main benefit I thought of was insurance... and you could back your collection up
