I think its Edward IV but not sure.

mint mark rose with quarterfoils by neck London mint.

So maybe heavy coinage 1461-4

2.9 g   26mm across

i'm wrong with heavy coinage, its way light for heavy.. so light coinage 1464-70 Edward IV..... Maybe :rolleyes:
