Reinald  is the moneyer.  A Reinald minted under Henry II and Richard Ist at London , Canterbury and Northampton. I'd need to dig deeper to gather much more information. The mints a no goer I fear as it could be LVN , NOR or a simple CA.

I am swinging towards a Richard coin which would make this a Canterbury coin. Class wise i cannot say with 100% certainty unfortunately as critical details are worn. Based on the X and large N,s I'd say a class 4a but that is a guess.
