Half-Guinea.

I think this one is 1698

Spink 3468 but no picture of the bust in my book so not sure.

Laur. bust r.R. Crowned cruciform shields,scepters in angles with late harp.

The coin has two strange bumps directly opposite each other.

What grade would this coin be?

Dire! Fair at best. It's a bit better than poor with the relief visible, but not by a lot.
