Maybe a coin weight  3.1 g   15x15 mm

looks like   H   the palm of a hand   T or maybe F. Then what looks like a rampant lion on rev.

Any ideas?

The hand mark was associated with the Antwerp makers, quite often seen on coin weights, I have one that I found and researched 30 years ago.

 Thanks Jerry,

Just browsing,  I think it's a lion d'or coin weight of Antwerp or maybe the half lion.
