1911 Medal Question

Recommended Posts

Has anybody got a reference for the medal in this listing? Thanks.

I'm assuming the price for an EF example will be a few pounds rather than the optimistic 200+ all in from the States?

Should add that it is struck in tin

Don't have a reference to hand, and I suspect that there won't be one. The price is off just a little bit say, £4.50, and the suspension bar accounts for most of that.

BTW, how do you know that it's tin?

Thanks. There is a spot or two of tin pest and the weight is about right at 16.45g including ring and ribbon, with dia. 38mm and thickness of 2.5mm at the rim, less so in the fields.
