ADMIN HELP PLEASE

I know there is no admin as such but maybe Chris might read this or someone who can help.

A friend has been trying to join the forum since the 4th of December.

Each time he goes to use it the same message flags up.

Something like "we will notify you on approval by email when you have been approved to post " i believe his email shows in the message and is correct.

However after a couple of weeks and trying again this morning, still the same.

I had this problem a few years ago. Solution recommended was to message @Chris Perkins direct, and this worked fine then.
