Late Roman, looks like Constantinian Dynasty, could possibly be Valentinian. It was minted in Constantinople from the CON on the reverse (modern Ankara).

You need to identify the lettering around the head to tell you what Emperor it is, so that you can date it.

And I think you're right about it being Valentinian. It looks like it says D N VALE....

But most of the coins I can find on the net look like they have SISC under the emperor dragging the captive on the reverse. Whats the deal?

I'd say Constantinople mint. You may be right with Valentinian though Gratian used the same reverse, as did Valens!

Dominus Noster (our Lord) is the DN.

SISC is for Siscia mint (In Greece I think). Just because you can't find a picture probably isn't anything remarkable. They minted the same types at different mints usually.
