Is it just me?

I expected this to show the last topic/forum updated, but it seems to always show the last update to the top forum in the list.

It can only be tied to one particular forum, I happen to have chose the forum at the top as at the time it contained the most frequently updated posts.

Unfortunately it can only be tied to one particular forum area. I thought it was strange too when I learned how it worked :-S
