HENRY VIII GROAT

Hi all I have just scanned in a couple of coins from my collection that I bought a while back from a local dealer who mostly specialises in antiques, buttons, postcards etc...

Anyway one of them is this Henry VIII Groat. I know it is from his second coinage, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me more with perhaps a Spink reference no. plus if you could give me a grade that would be great. My scanner is not of the best quality and it does look a little nicer in hand. Thanks.

I think I have narrowed it down to being a Laker D bust, and rose mintmark which means it was minted between 1526-44 and looking at other examples on the internet I would grade it as VF does anyone agree, disagree?
