Weird Coin

Can anyone help?

I have been given a tin of old coins and one of them appears to be of a gold colour George 111 1788, the strange thing is that on the reverse it says In memory of the good old days, it has a shield in the centre.

Or is it some kind of coin jewellery made later?

Jack

Victorian gaming token, one of the most popular enquiries in here I think! Search around and you will probably find out a little bit more.
