As requested in other forum, here is a link to some of my paintings. I don't have many left as I used to sell them in local exhibitions - so the best have gone -(so he says with tongue in cheek!) The large one on the wall of my daughters' livingroom was a commission for Christmas 2004 and done with the paints left over from her re-decoration of the room ( you can't see it, but one wall is the same as the main colour in the painting!) Apart from that one, I haven't painted for 2 years, :( but now go back to life drawing classes to see if I can "find the inspiration" again!

Hope you like them!

Select 'Painting' and click the word in blue ( for those unused to Photobucket)

Nothing to do with naked people then?? :D

Great work Geordie!

Here's one of mine (sorry Chris, haven't got into the Photobucket thing..)

The wife a few years ago - (as you can tell from the style, I couldn't find any sharks to pickle...)

Nice style! I'm a bit more staid! ;)

I do have a few nude drawings, but I'd much rather draw older people - with character!

Ah yes. I seem to remember Rembrandt had the same idea!

I wish I had even the slightest artistic ability. Strangely, all four children have much better than average artistic talent, so either Mr Milkman has been very busy or else I must live closer to Sellafield than I thought! This is all very worrying.

Great stuff! :D I think we may have opened a pandoras box here! Any more scribblers and daubers out there? As long as they don't overload Chris's site (we'll get kicked off)!!

The use of an intermediate site - like Photobucket - will take the strain (and, no, I don't have shares in that site  )

I don't mind at all if you upload pictures of pictures. I used to like to draw when I was younger, I was quite good at cars but haven't tried for years.

It has one thing going for it over Numismatics - a pencil and a piece of paper is a hell of a site cheaper :D

Now if you could make your own coins, that would be good fun. Your right Geordie it is lot cheaper to do, but not always to buy. :)

I've added two pictures from my re-newed drawing class, just to satisfy the desire for nudes! First week, I'll add another couple each week while the classes are in progress and you can see what progress (or lack) I make

I've put a direct link below!

Some more pictures. I couldn't take them down, so had to take pictures at angles to omit reflections. This could get addictive! But I don't think there will be more (except for the weekly drawing class). B)
