Looks ok to me. The 'N's were usually around the wrong way on those, I believe.

The only thing troubling to me is the fact that this coin has been very harshly cleaned at some point and artificially retoned.

I am bothered by the fact that it looks cast. I know that these were overstruck on Gunmoney (many of which were cast), but I've never seen one that, after the restriking, still looked had a rough surface.
