I'd say it's Edward IV Light Coinage (1464-70) Spinks 2011, North1582. Classed Normal for rarety by North, rather rarer by Spinks. Quatrifoils by the neck and "N" on the breast identify it. The well worn ledgend makes exact attribution difficult, but I'd say it's probably with the Rose mint mark - but that's a guess B)
