It looks Roman, but I don't know if its genuine.

The only reference I can find is for a silver coin.

BUT Your coin looks bronze, which makes it a copy of some sort. Probably a petrol station give-a-way!

The surface and execuction of design are all a bit wrong on that aren't they. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a modern copy, lost a lot more recently.
