small penny

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone i came across this very small penny about half the size of an early threepence while metal detecting , i also found another 4 coins normal sized penny's sixpence and a threepence all early Queen Victoria in the mid 1800's . I have tried the web without success so hopefully someone here might know something about it. Cant see a date on it and i can not make out the Queebs name.

Thanks for any help.......... Raoul[ attachment=1467:small_pe...0_x_363_.jpg]

It looks like a Bavarian Speilmarke penny, 12.5mm diameter in Copper and the legends are Obv Bavarian Speilmarke; Rev one Penny.
