Help to identify 1861 coin please

Can anyone identify this coin please? I have searched the internet and can't find any 1861 coins that match this one. It's 21mm diameter and I think it's copper. One side has a crown at the top and a W underneath and the other side has a crown at the top with a lion holding a staff underneath and a 1 to the left and a C to the right. I've attached photo's of both sides. Thanks to anyone that can help.

This is a 1 Cent coin from Netherlands. In the Krause catalog KM# 100. The pictures show some corrosion and aren't very clear so I cannot give an estimated grade, but the obverse details look quite sharp even with the corrosion.
