It looks very much like RIC 1206

Honorius AV Solidus. Milan mint. Diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right / Honorius standing right, holding standard and Victory on globe, captive at foot. RIC IX 35c.

http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/honorius/RIC_1206.jpg

but I think its RIC 1206d

Honorius AV Solidus. Mediolanum mint. Diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right / Emperor standing right, holding standard and Victory on globe, captive at foot; M-D/COMOB.

The C of COMOB is further away from the O

Good point I hadn't noticed the star. To be honest I don't know. I don't really collect ancients although I do have a couple of Byzantine Solidus coins. Maybe someone else will know more?
