Found a coin from 1918

i have found a coin from 1918 it had a picture of a crown on the front and the number 3 with the date 1918.

on the back it says georgeivans d.j.vritt .omn. rex. f.d.ind. imp. the coin is coloured silver

i have taken some photos and will uploads these later.

Does anyone have an idea what it is?

silver 3 pence, not rare but a very nice coin none the less
