1753 and early 1900 british coins

I think my oldest coin is a 1735 coin. it is quite worn but on the fron I can read "geurgivas." on the left side of the figure and ether "II.RE X." or one of the "I" is a "T" I can't tell. and on the back on the left "britan" and on the right "nia" and in the bottom of the midel is says the date 1735. I'm not shure how much the coin was used for, Its about the sie of a US quarter.

my next oldest british coin is a 1874 large penny. On the front I can only read the date at the bottom and the letters "pe" and cane faintly see "nny" but on the back I can clearly read "victoria d:g." on the left and "britt:reg:f:d: on the right.

then I have three large pennies dating 1918, 1929 and 1937, they are all in pretty good condition on the 1918 there is alot of wear on the face and mid torso and the bust on the back of the coin has no beard, on the 1929 coin has almost no wear, and on the 1937 there is a little wear arounf the light house, not shure if thats what it is and a little wear on the shield.

I also have a worn 1920 half penny and a 1928 half penny with little wear.

I was just wondering if you guys could help me mainly with the first coin I mentioned but also help me with the prices of the other coins. thanks.

that would probably be a George II Half penny...£12 for fine...

that makes it a penny, a one penny coin...not worth much...

That halfpenny sounds like it's fine or below.

That penny is worth £5 in fine condition, it sounds pretty low grade again.

Values: The 1918 is worth £3 in VF, the 1929 is worth £2 in VF, and the 1937 is worth £3 in UNC

I also have a worn 1920 half penny and a 1928 half penny with little wear.

The 1920 won't be worth much, £2 in VF, and the 1928 is worth £2 in VF, £8 in EF, and £25 in UNC.

You haven't given us grades for these though, so we can't value them properly.

Lustre is the original shine on a coin, which you mostly get when coins are new. If the coin starts to tone, it loses it's lustre and will never be able to get it back again. There's a helpful topic about it here
